Description
Mount Fuji Sabo works - Osawa-gawa: debris material on 1 Nov. 2001, note the concrete blocks and excavators working behind to remove debris. The Osawa creek is located beneath the main fault on the western side of Mount Fuji. (Mount Fuji last erupted in 1707). Major debris flows took place in summer 2000.
